Take the muslin bag out of the plastic wrapping and, leaving it tightly tied, drop it into a tub full of comfortably hot water or a basin of water for your feet and let the magic begin. You may also steep the bath in a gallon pitcher and pour it over your body (avoiding the eyes – salt!) while you shower. Our baths are made from five different kinds of salts, plus various herbs and oils. These baths are created for magical intention, not aromatherapy. They do not smell bad, but this is not a heady, perfumey smell.
